Chatstaff's flexible staffing model means that accurate quotes need to be hand crafted after we have a better idea of what you need. To estimate costs, we start with FTEs (academic libraries) or population served (public libraries). We can then try to figure out, with you, how many hours you need and what sort of traffic they are likely to generate. Chatstaff's goal is to share staffing costs to maximize the efficiency of our collective afterhours staff while maintaining a service that provides the highest standard of quality.
